My good friend and neighbor is expecting her second baby, and a few of the neighborhood girls and I got together at a restaurant to celebrate her upcoming arrival. It felt so good to be in such great company. I love these girls as my neighbors and my friends.
In honor of this fun occasion, I ordered a dozen cookies from a local baker, and they turned out beautifully. I only wish I had taken more photos! Not only were they beautifully decorated, they tasted even better. It was a simple brunch to celebrate one of life’s greatest blessings, and we are all eagerly anticipating the arrival of her sweet baby girl.
