Today we tried out the new sidewalk that runs from our neighborhood to the local park nearby. My friend had told me she and her family had tried it out the day before, and it was an easy 20-minute walk to the park. The weather this weekend has been so wonderful, with temps in the 70s, so we thought we ought to take advantage and took the kids for a walk down to the park.
It was Nathan’s first time on a slide, and he absolutely loved it, giggling the whole way down. Will busied himself playing “sneaky ninja” trying to sneak up on Daddy. After the park, we then walked downtown for some frozen yogurt. A great day had by all.
